  I swear if I wasn’t bilingual I would have given them a better rate. The whole time I was there I experienced a worker talking about me in Spanish...Were the manager willfully left my phone unattended to assist some Spanish chick....wasting my time and energy for one of his assistant who was very unprofessional to get nasty with me...The hole ball game changed once I responded to them in they own language...Bias people.

  Went there to buy the note 8 buy one get one free but the staff want me to go somewhere else I was there for five minutes one was helping someone while the other two were talking and laughing Don't even care to ask me if I needed help

  Came in with a Problem with my account and they were amazing, a rep by the name of Alexis helped me out so much he was really amazing and helped me with the issues i had on my account this was by far the best experience i have had in a T-Mobile Store.
