  If I could give this store, it's staff and especially my rep Mark more stars I would. As customers we sometimes become upset when a rep is taking long with the customer in front of us. As the customer being attended we value these reps. I went in the store with the intentions of getting my son an upgrade. I was greeted by the manager right away, and he directed me to look around as I waited my turn. Our rep Mark is everything you can ask for when it comes to customer service; respectable, patient, knowledgeable, compliant and aiming to please his customers. I ended leaving with both my son and I upgrading AND he made sure to find best deals to accommodate my wallet (HAHA). He even followed up a few days later to make sure all was well with the new phones. EVERY STORE NEEDS THEM A MARK. PHONE OPERATORS SHOULD BE MARK TOO. I was in awe when other customers walked in and preferred to wait for Mark to attend them, goes to show how much he loves what he does.

  I was met by a very polite, high energy, soft spoken gentleman named Mark who asks me “how can I help you?”, So I let him know. He checks what I qualify for (which wasn't much) and then says give him a minute, He’ll see what he can do. He then informs me that he can get me the phone I was interested in (for even less than I was expecting), My guards immediately go up Lol. Then he says “I may also be able to get you what is known as a kit, which includes screen protection, a charger and more" (IN MY MIND “Oh hell no, here goes the hustle, he’s about to pull a fast one”) REALITY: “And how much would that be sir?” Not more than what is already being tacked on to your bill and if your uncomfortable with it, I'll give you my personal number so we can resolve it immediately. (IN MY MIND “he sure is selling this whole good service thing.”)    In the end Mark helped me get exactly what I wanted for under the amount I planned on spending, he also made sure I received more for what I was spending, received great customer service and stayed true to his word in everything that he said. Tmobile really has an asset in this guy. And, if he represents their company, then I will be a customer until guys like Mark no longer work there.

  Mark was so helpful he took his time to explain every detail about my plan. He has the best customer service. He is go to person for all your questions.

  Mark was amazing. We chatted for more than an hour about our goals and our plans over the next few years. The supervisor was nice as well, I didn’t catch her name but I’ll be sure to add It when I do. The staff is always doing their best to meet the high demands of the area. This location gets a lot of traffic, so I am always impressed with the speed and accuracy provided to address concerns of its patrons. Great job!
