There customer service is horrible. You wait there forever, the people that work there don't know how to do their job. The young Hispanic dude was cursing at the customers and being real nasty and rude. He lied and said I couldn't be helped because he did not have a manager's code...every tmoblie store including their customer care said that was bogus...how are you running a store with no manager and can't help the customers. How the dude work there and kicking the manager back in and blaming everything on the manager saying things that cannot be done is the managers fault. Every customer that walked in that store or called over the phone was not assisted the right away, nor helped effectively, they were either over charged or you had to call tmoblie customer service. The young guy gone say he's not there to help people he's only there to sell things. That store need to be closed down asap. It's mismanaged, too long a wait, workers talking loud on their phones and yelling at customers for interrupting...Not clean or well lit at all... btw don't believe the manager of he says a phone is free you will get a bill and tmobile will not fix the problem! Hopeless location!!

Sales People SCAM WARNING!: if the sales people at this store have a "promotional" free offer when you buy a phone through them. They claim that it's all free (2 bluetooth wireless speakers and a handsfree headset) and that you won't see a change in your phone bill. Purchased a phone right before leaving on a one month trip and when I returned home I realized all those promotional items were not free at all but actually cost me a total of $1600! Went three times to return and they refuse to take it back insisting it's 'free'. So disappointed that T-mobile corporate doesn't do anything after calling them. T-Mobile corp. takes the blame off themselves and say that every store is "independent'. What a sham and shame on this specific store and their employees.
