  THIS IS THE BEST tmobile store. They have a great positive energy. EXTREMELY helpful. Mohsin, Chris, and Mr. Singh are a delight!!! Will return to this store.

  Sales Associate Christopher was a prime example of customer service. I had went to my local store located on Woodhaven blvd and Jamaica and I dealt with a horrible sales associate and manager who denied the return of my phone for the jump program because they claimed the phone had scuffs and cracks on the back. Upon entering this store associate Christopher helped me immediately. I didn't even mention what happened at the previous store because I didn't want to bring the burden of the bad experience into the new store. Needless to say he inspected my phone and within 15 minutes I was in and out with a NEW S9+, of which I successfully traded my previous phone in with the jump program as I have always done for many years since the program came out. My phone met ALL Criteria for return, so I wanted to thank christopher for his amazing service and his knowledge of the Tmobile rules and regulations and for providing me a great experience. Hope the other store can learn from their mistakes and be more like this store. I will be coming here for future needs. Thanks again!

  Excellent customer service, been going there for years. Rep name Chris was very helpful. Love the folks that run the store. Oh and there music is always on point.

  They have no idea of T-Mobile plans. They give the wrong info. I signed a plan with them to pay $270 flat after taxes and all fees a month for 4 lines and I get the monthly bill for $340. I called T-Mobile and they said that those people gave me the wrong info. 🤨
