  Supervisor Joel M. Did an exceptional job in solving a problem I had. He was patient, kind, and helpful (very informative).. Making sure that when I left, I was completely satisfied with T-Mobile.. You guys have a long life customer. I would recommend anything to this T-Mobile store... Thanks Joel!!!!! You rock!

  I was having so many issues with my note 7. A young man by the name of Joel was very helpful and took care of all my concerns. Will be returning soon
