  Good people...good service...no complaints.

  Worst service ever . No other customers in the place and I literally sat waiting for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me and noone even talked to me. I dropped T-Mobile and moved to Verizon . Besides the service, T-MOBILE IS THE WORST PROVIDER OUT THERE. DO NOT USE THEM .

  I was told two different things by two different employees with no apology and no further attempts to solve my problem. I will be visiting a different location from now on.

  Went in with a handset issue and was met with caring team members that worked swiftly to correct the issue.

  Hours on T-Mobile site and even the store window are WRONG. When I talked to an employee (who was actually there!) about this they apparently don't know how to apologize. Two trips and struck out twice. I wanted to buy replacement phones but if employees can't even recognize the aggravation they cause customers by this sort of thing I'm not sure I'll bother with them. Now back at home researching a switch.
