  I was in the new Carrollton store today Jamie and Jay and they were AWESOME! They knew all of what I need done and they fixed all my problems. Excellent customer service. Thanks Jay and Aby

  Wes did a great job transferring my data. He provided excellent customer service. The team was patient and did not rush the process. I really like this store.

  Junior is AMAZING we came in totally clueless due to inaccurate c.s. quotes/information given via telephone. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and patient. This guy knows his stuff. If I ever have an issue, I'll skip my local location and come straight to Junior.

  Great location. Great customer service! Wesley’s an exceptional representative. He was patient with us and he ACTUALLY listened before offering solutions. Melissa was hands on. I wish more sales representatives did that.
