  Does not even deserve 1 star. A bunch if thieves. I purchased a mini pad which I never received. They must have kept it for themselves. It has been almost a year and I am still paying for it never received it and I am still fighting to get my money back. T Mobile customer care, does not back their customers or help in situations like this. I am very disappointed in T Mobile.

  Went in with my defective phone to switch it out and from the minute I walked in no one said hey or anything. Just looked at me and Then when I went to tell Teddy Kang about my issue with the glitches 1. He didn't even ask what was wrong with it 2. He automatically said no to switching it out (the phone was brand new still under warranty) and when I had him speak to a rep on the phone he literally stood there and argued with her about how it's to his discretion if he honors my warranty. Not only was he really rude but when I asked him to call 6-1-1 he told me that I could just do it myself. Just a terrible tmobile experience. To the point that I just left and drove to the other one.
