  Called with a issue and spoke with a female staff she was very rude over the phone.

  I work in the retail customer service business and I must say if I was from T-Mobile corporate coming to visit the store by surprise i'd fire each and everyone one of them. Such poor customer service with beyond horrible attitudes. Like I said work and train associates in the retail business and these people have no training at all when it comes to kindness to fellow customers. I'm beyond disgusted by how customers are treated in this particular store location. I'll be letting corporate know the kind of people who are representing their company at this location and trust me they won't like it at all.

  The store manager was just soo rude. I saw ridiculous amount of money on my phone bill. I tried to fix it but the store manager was very disrespectful. Yelling and screaming all over the place. Sad such a great firm is run by such an unprofessional individual :(. On the flip side customer service was great. I spoke to someone wonderful who was kind enough to help over the phone. Sa
