  0 stars. This place is absolutely terrible. I had a warranty replacement for two phones. I call in to ask if it is ready and Ruben comes on the phone to tell me yup they are there and ready but to come before 8 because that is when they close. When I get there Anderson tells me to come back tomorrow because the system is down. No sorry, no how are you, no courtesy whatsoever. I begin to explain that I called in and was told it was ready for this exact reason and he told me that the other person was new on the phone and didn't know anything. I then ask to speak to a manager and he said there isn't any manager there. I've been a customer of T-Mobile for over 15 years and never once doubted being a customer until today.

  Literally it's just ok never had a bad experience here but I've seen much worse

  Worse customer service of all tmobile stores. Waited 45 minutes just to be helped and sales rep was not very knowledgeable. Brought an iPhone that was defective and they refuse to exchange for different one. On top of that they told me if they did exchange it that they would have to charge me a $35 restocking fee all for a defective phone they sold me only an hour ago.

  Went there twice. Second occasion needed some service. The representative's level of service was very disappointing. She appeared to loathe being there. Not sure if an isolated issue or more training is needed. I was not very happy with the service received.
