  Friendly and courteous staff. There is a T-mobile store that is more conveniently located, but I choose to go slightly out of my way for the more pleasurable experience that this location provides.

  Bought my S6 from here a while back. The woman there was so very helpful with making such a big purchase at the time. Answered all my questions and was very friendly.

  Before you'll wanna read all I gotta say, lemme just nail this, so u can divert your steps towards this location, without a need to skim through all of the other paragraphs. "The service that I've experienced, was utterly exceptional, and one of a kind". I was gonna try to trade in my Verizon phone for T-mobile. So I looked up for nearby T-mobile stores in my area.  Several locations soared on top, and of course, having no personal experience with any one of them, I immediately turned to the reviews. Perhaps this location had a positive review, a Google review. So I walked in first just to check out promotions, and yes, take some advantages of their free assistance, as with getting them thoroughly scrutinized, about all of the possible or impossible options, plans and so on. I was surprised to see how passionate the 2 women were,  with their great assistance. Yes, they were the same women who're being praised in that Google review I first came across. Because of inconsistencies about on what plan to settle down, I happened to be visiting this store 4 times. Obviously I managed to deal with virtually all of the workers, including the manager himself. The wonderful, and superb assistance, I received on virtually every single aspect, was beyond any doubt "exceptional", and was not the typical type of costumer service u will get in an average American store. All of them were kind, friendly, and were glad to go through, and explain to me explicitly clear about all of the options and details; whether about the hardware, or software,  and certainly about the actual phone plan. If you're looking for a T-mobile store, you would definitely wanna try this one.
