  Called to confirm that they would have iPhone 7 256gb. They assured me they had it. I biked 3 miles only to have the clerk tell me I thought you said 8. Total waste of time and no sympathy for the customer

  Jose the manager makes the entire experience enjoyable and explains the process in the easiest possible way. Even if you already have tmobile consider making this the only store you use.
