  would give this store no stars if it was an option . why i never purchase anything from here dishonest liers . when i got customer care involved with a recent screw up on a delivery associate adam was more than accommodating to them said no problem . packagage was supposed to arrive yesterday. when called again by customer care it never arrived . however i can come in and purchase yet another phone !!! idk how my orginal delivery went but definitely seems shady .

  The idea was simple switch from Verizon to T-Mobile for more data less monthly payments. Rep from T-Mobile assured me it will be very simple just change the sim cards and reboot my phones, and sure it was for one of them however the main number and phone associated with it was not so easy ... after 3 very stressful days and several visits to the store finally I have the problems taken care of ... and no THX to T-Mobile but those guys at the store. They went an extra mile and some to make sure that I will be a happy customer, Javone, store manager, Juan sales associate, my THX to you ! I was so close to going back, to Verizon but your determination in fixing the problem made me stay. I would and I will definitely recommend you and your store to people I know!!! Thx guys!

  I'm changing my comments. My personal information got hacked, from using T-Mobile. So I have nothing good to say, about them. If they can't protect my sensitive information what good are they.
