  Just completely bad customer service. They only care about selling you something. Refuse to help me cancel a line I didn’t need. Said they are not allowed to. Called customer service, that was a lie. This is the second bad experience i’ve had there. T-mobile need to shut this location down and retrain the manager and staff. Or just fire them and start over because they are giving T-mobile a really bad name.

  First I was a bit flustered, but after grasping a clearer understanding of policy and procedures the attendant was great and very patient with my not so great attitude. He was wonderful and I apologise for being a BRAT!!!!!

  I went to see about up grading my phone and I learned so much what every you need to know about phone and equipment and if they don't know their fine some one who can. They are so amazing and friendly and services with a smile.

  Was ether unaware or just a shady salesperson. Walked in and asked about a in-store deal I saw online. Said it was inaccurate. I pulled it up online to ask again. Now she knows all about it. And pulled a packet out of her back pocket. A sales person worried about helping vs this sales strategy. On to the next store! Hopefully not a T-Mobile trend. Trying to switch from Sprint. Sprint has bad phone service but good customer service... They got my business 1st for the customer service.

  The reviews that are on here that speak good about this store,must work there...just last night I was there to just pay my bill. Took the lady 45 min just to say " I'll be with you shortly" I've stated several times that I'm just paying my bill...while I was standing inside the store I called customer service to see who would be the fastest... Customer service was!!!! This location need shut down asap. Workers are rude and very slow. They're to busy setting up dates or taking about the last nights events. Needs new manager and new staff...or just close it down.
