  Wasn't greeted or acknowledged for the 15-20 minutes that I stood in line, very short staffed it seemed and all the customers ahead seemed very frustrated with their customer service. Won't be going back to this location..

  This is the second time coming to this location since Jan. Not doing so good today and wasn't that great last time. Wasn't greeted, only 2 ppl working and so far I have been waiting for about 30 mins just to ask about the Tmobile Tuesday giveaway today.

  The staff here are amazing! So much energy!! Aj, Georgie, Luis, Alex are all amazing and especially Diego! They def put the customers first!

  My family just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and brought our Verizon phones with us. For about a week and a half, bone of is were able to get group or picture texts. We spent 4+ hours at the T-Mobile on 19th ave and northern and they could figure it out. They kept saying we would need to buy new T-Mobile phones. I came to this T-Mobile store expecting the same but Tobias and Brianna were able to sort it out within 15 minutes. They kept me and my other 4 family members from switching back to T-Mobile. Good job guys!
