  the manager changed my plan without my authorization, when I went to complain the manager told me that I could not do anything, they charged me around $ 160 extra and I lost the old promotion that I had. He was also disrespectful. please do not step to foot in this store. horrible service.

  The customer service is amazing and very helpful. There was a rep with a piercing on his lip that was amazing and super nice.

  My experience at this location was very positive and productive.The staff was very friendly and answered all of my concerns patiently, all of them are extremely humble and good looking employees , d handsome guy on steroids was a lil rushy but we must understand that this ppl have been working hard all day n deserve to go home n relax, probably d effects of the steroids started to kicked in who knows, it all depend on the cycles 2 or if u popping or shooting the juice but he was still mad humble and awesome, overall I’m super happy with my visit hoping for the new iPhone GT 2 come out so I could go back to d same store, hope no1 tries to hack my cell cuz then it would be another tale to tell but I’m always ready 4 anything. Anyways keep up the good work and great customer services, definitely a 5 start place, be easy and love y’all T-Mobile ppl we’re a family happy valentines and a great 2018 for all my ppl worldwide including d great racism supporters, hate and love is the same

  Be careful, and verify all promotions offered especially at this store. I went to this store to return the Samsung Note 7 when recalled back in October of 2016, I specifically went 10/25/16. They took the phone, however, I literally am still paying for it. On that day, I decided I would replace my Samsung Note 7 for an iPhone 7. I was offered a free pair of Beats Solo3 headphones with the purchase of this phone, and mentioned I'd only pay for the sales tax on this device. Today is August 28th, 2017 and I've been paying for both the Samsung Note 7 I returned, and the Beats Solo3 headphones I was offered free of charge since then. That's over $500 dollars spent, which TMobile should consider unearned, not earned. Thank you crappy TMobile stores for knowing how to trick us... Not to mention, they pulled this same thing on my father with the Samsung Galaxy S8, offering a free Galaxy phone for which we are now paying for though offered for free.
