  The only redeeming value at this place is FRED. He's very friendly and goes out of his way to really help. Do yourselves a favor and look for this guy. Otherwise, the other staff members are grumpy, rude and unprofessional.

  If I could give less than 0 I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were trying to buy new phones and the sales person, Kenneth, did everything to push us away. Basically encouraging us to not buy. He’s so rude. Not friendly at all. Giving you either a poker face, or just the mean look. I would avoid this location at all cost. Huge thumbs down! 👎🏼

  All the workers are great , expect the manger probably one of the most annoying people I’ve met. Besides that the workers are soooo helpful and sweet !

  In this world of me-me-me, the staff of T-MOBILE on Fresh Pond Road in Ridgewood go above and beyond the call of duty in customer care! Alyssa, Jenalyn and Kenneth are unsurpassed in their attention to customer needs and set the precedent for what customer service really means! Thanks to all of you for giving us the help we need to survive the cellular service jungle! 😎

  This store was my best stores till they change the pepole who work there. The customer service are horrible and the pepole are very rude I went their yesterday to have an explanation for my bill because I upgrade my phone and there was extra charges. One of them was telling us anything and wrong information and when we told him this is not true he start telling us I am not the one who charging you, this is between you and the company , call them to figure out what is going on with you in a very nasty and rude way. I don't recommend this store at all for anybody.
