::This place gets pretty busy so there is a bit of a wait but the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Monique was great and got my account straightened out for me so that I could JUMP to the new galaxy s9. They were also awesome with my puppy I brought in. Thank you Monique!!

::This store is terrible. They will lie about what they sell, just to get your money and send you out the door. If you ever have a problem and want service, they will do anything to avoid helping.

::This a review for Monique not for T-Mobile. Monique helped me obtain a new Cellspot LTE micro-cell. She was courteous and helpful in working w what I assume was tmobile's Corp office / computer systems to get a replacement shipped to me. Unfortunately t-mobile for some odd reason simply cannot figure out how to process equipment requests in a streamlined manner. I'm not quite sure how T-Mobile is still in business. Their coverage is almost universally pathetic and their marketing borders on lying. But quite frankly that's an industry wide problem. But thanks again to Monique for helping me out. I hope she gets her due.

::It was a lot of people. When you walking you will not even know who is first and last. Normal other stores they take your name but not this store. I wait it, people that came after me, they even try to go first. When I say something, the t-moble worker said" I thought you were help" how you know if you didn't ask. It start bad already. He was not nice at all. It seem like he didn't want to be there or help me out. Maybe next time they should put ticket number or Sing in sheet or soothing.
