  LOVE T-MOBILE! We've been with them for about 4 years now. My wife and I went in today to upgrade from our iPhone 5c to the iphone 8. Daniel D'Arcangelo was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with all of our questions. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

  I really recommend this store from my experiences working with them. Especially, the guy, Brian. He is honor to you and be very responsible for every word he said. Even though, something happen, he will try their best to help you out and fix the problem.

  Walk the extra 2 blocks to Verizon. I wish I never switched from Verizon to T-mobile. In late October I purchased a brand new Note 8 and a Zagg screen protector at that time from T-Mobile. I had decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile to save a few dollars. It was very important to me that I protect my very expensive phone with a nice screen protector. I had owned the Note 4 for years and loved it and had a glass screen protector on it. I loved the look and feel of the glass screen protector I had with my Note 4 and was wanting the same thing for the Note 8 that I was considering purchasing. The store assured me they had a glass screen protector and that it would provide the look and feel I wanted and I could protect the screen to the phone I was interested in purchasing. I bought the Note 8, the $50 glass screen protector and a phone case to protect my new very expensive phone. Within 10 days my screen protector popped off my phone when I was laying in bed looking at my phone. I took it into the store and they said that it had been a known issue with the new glass screen protectors for the curved screen and they would replace it for me no problem, especially since it was within their 14 day no-buyers-remorse window. What I should have done was return everything as the problem is continuing and after I was outside of that 14 days the customer service I experienced would get worse and worse. This happened 5 times and after I was outside the 14 days the customer service I received was awful. The store manager made some very aggressive comments to me. The assistant store manager (Dustin?) was the most condescending person I have ever encountered in a customer service position. When I finally convinced the store manager to replace my screen protector this last time which they put on incorrectly 30 minutes earlier I overheard Dustin say to one of the other associated "I wouldn't have done it for her." Yeah we know Dustin, you would only make a customer feel patronized to feed your ego that revolves around feeling superior. I work in the customer service industry. I get it, its a tough industry to work in. I have never witnessed such poor customer service in my life.

  Love this place! This was and still is the only TMobile store that would trim down a SIM card for me in the metro area. Thank you Evan!
