  Very rude, just want to sell you items that's it and judgmental they didn't even look my account up which I kept telling them we ordered the phone at the T-Mobile at the mall because they didn't have it in stock they ordered it online through T-Mobile to arrive at our home.... they thought just because my husbands sims was locked that we didn't buy the phone from T-Mobile yet, they didn't look up my account at he said they can't unlock it if they do they would have to charge me mind you I had this issue with my phone when I ordered it from T-Mobile online and I went to a store and they fixed the issue for me with out any charge, so they didn't unlock it which was an easy fix for a T-Mobile store right up the street from them smh and all they said was to go to the store at the mall 30 mins away and get them to unlock it and if they cant they that same store will get me a new sims card due to its from there inventory nooooo its not it's from T-Mobile online clearly I told him we ordered at the store but they ordered it from T-Mobile online because they didn't have the phone in stock and we called the 1800 number to T-Mobile and they said go to any local T-Mobile and they will unlock it for free... mind you I kept saying look up my account and you will see I have a T-Mobile account and both phones mine and my husbands are on there, customer service lacks, they need to take a customer service class and how to be polite and professional and don't send the customers else where if they came to get there phone fixed and not buying something from the store.

  Soon as you walk in the door welcome to T-Mobile I like that. Most of the time they're there to help, I've been with T-Mobile long time so evidently I am well satisfied.

  Worse customer service ever. I came to the store and nobody acknowledged my presence, a was looking around for almost 15 minutes and none of the employees came to me or asked me even if I need help.
