  La atención es súper mala hai trabajan dos jóvenes que son mal educados hoy fui a retirar mi celular y no me lo entregaron según ellos que no llegaba pero llame al 611 y me aseguraron q el teléfono ya estaba en la tienda y quedaron mal esos dos boca abierta que trabajan hai en esa tienda pero de igual no me dieron el teléfono por que la jefa de ellos no dejó la maquina mucha negligencia hai en esa tienda mal servicio señores ni vayan ha esa tienda a perder el tiempo

  Recently went to this store and the customer service was horrible this morning. The young man did not know anything he was talking about and he was not trying to give me other options. This specific store in new Rochelle on Main St. Need to do better ! I’m a long time loyal customer for more than 4 years!!! Those boys need more training!!

  I've called to verify information that was told to me on Saturday by Nick. I was told by Miguel that Nick would call me back in ten minutes. Well ten minutes turned into no one calling me back. From my first time calling and after speaking with Miguel, I called thus store a total of 8 times from two different phone numbers and NO ONE has answered. I'm definitely not a satisfied customer and will be calling the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable.
