  The staff was very professional, and friendly. I gave two stars because this store is lacking the T-Mobile experience I am accustom to. There are few display devices and accessories on the floor. As a consumer, I'm much more likely to buy once I have tried. Just a note to area management, and again, none of this is reflective of the employees.

  This is the worst T-Mobile store ever, I went to get a buy one get one free phone promotion, and one employee (rude)supposedly gave me the promotion, and when I asked for my receipt, she said she had done it all online and couldn't give me one. One month later, I discovered that she had not given me the promotion!!!!, so they wanted to charge me the entire price of 2 phones, and that she had charged me 3 activations instead of one. Very bad costumer service, would not reccomend this store.

  Went in to get 2 Apple watches I purchased at Another Location and they did not have them there so I told them I would pick them up no problem from this Rufe Snow Location . David Who “helped” me was like No I can’t do that I can't just hand you Apple watches I told him I had already purchased and the girl he was working with Michelle said oh yes the girls on 28th st Location said she’s ready to go. He said No I’m not giving her any thing those girls at the other location are shady for doing This and he said he wouldn’t get commission for it so he wasn’t going to do that. And so I called the other location and put them on speaker and told them what he was telling me and they were just as shocked as I was and he kept talking over me saying I don’t care tell them there shady it’s the truth. He was like I’m not giving you anything I can cancel what you did and sell them to you here but I’m not doing it for no commission. He said it would mess up his inventory. And he claimed to have called his boss and he said No as well. I was sad because I came all this way just to be yelled at and not get what I purchased I even started crying because he made me so mad from yelling at me. Anyways to my understanding the t mobiles help each other out when they don’t have inventory on something for a customer. But not for David because HE WOULDNT GET HIS COMMISSION. I truly believe he should be fired and never work in customer service. Don’t go to this location. Or if David helps you tell them you want someone else. Because he won’t help you unless he gets commission. Very rude indeed. Anyways I ended up getting my watches at the location off Clifford St in white Settlement and the two people working there were VERY nice and had great customer service. I highly recommend that location.

  I went here last week and Chris and Josh was very helpful. I had went to another store for a trade in and they said it ended the week before. However, when I called here they said they can do a trade in. The overall experience was great. Chris helped me go through all the changes and explained the costs and everything. They were very patient and very helpful It was definitely worth it going there.
