  This is the WORST store t-mobile have in Charlotte,NC .. the staff is terrible! Every time I come in this store I’m never greeted , and always waiting 20mins or more to be served. STAY AWAY!

  Wow Tmo! Take notice. Most everyone loves Tmo but this store is full of employees that make you feel as if they're being botherd while on the clock. Also, constent personal calls are priority 1

  As a new customer to T-mobile , i am very disappointed with my first experience here. I am livid! I went into the store expecting to get helped, but instead they helped the person behind them after calling them by name. It made me feel that because I had not yet established a rapport with the representative, that they were not willing to help me. The manager was walking around attending to the fixtures in the store and also proceeded to tell me that someone would be clocking in in five minutes. Then I had to travel to Tyvola just to receive help. The Tyvola assisted me immediately. Their atmosphere was much more polite. They helped me with all of my problems and I am leaving with a smile!

  Bought 2 new iPhones in Sep 2017 from a sales rep named Emilio. All I wanted was the phones, I had no interest in overpaying for screen protectors and cases and I communicated this to Emilio when he first mentioned them. However, Emilio told me about the amazing promotion they were having where I could get screen protector, case, and $100 UE Wonderboom (Bluetooth speaker) for FREE for each phone. I told Emilio how that was the first time I had been in a T-Mobile store in the 3 years I've had T-Mobile service, that I typically do all my electronic shopping online. I told him that I was glad I chose to give my business to a local store rather than the corporate online store. Boy am I regretful that I dealt with a T-Mobile store. The receipt appeared to indicate the $300 worth of accessories were all free (showing $0 next to each item's price) and I had no reason to suspect Emilio of lying to me. But lie to me Emilio did. The "promotion" was actually for paying for the overpriced accessories on a monthly installment basis. I had to return to the store and spend an hour of my Sunday to try to get the $300 refunded. Emilio claimed he could return everything except the screen protectors, since they cannot be reused. So as of now this store got me for $80. Do yourself a favor--avoid this and other T-Mobile stores at all costs. They make their money on overpriced accessories and will do whatever they can to get you to walk out of the store with them.
