  I am giving 5 stars thanks to albert this guy is the best very professional patien he does his best to help you he knows what he is doing this guy shoud be the manager running this store my name is khalil i never like to deal with anybody in this store but this guy is very helpful thank albert

  I am not one to write reviews but in this case I was left with no other option. If i could give it no stars I would. Any ways service is horrible. They are dishonest and sold me a used phone and tried to pass it off as new -.- and you need to be careful when they say you qualify for something "free"

  Its one of the bigger T-Mobile stores in the area, and, needless to say, it gets very busy especially after 5 pm when people return from work or on weekends. I've been a T-Mobile customer for more than a decade and have had to return to this store so many times, and I've seen many of the staff who are still there! You can never expect extra friendliness from a mobile phone store anywhere, but you have to give credit to many of the long-time staff who do try their best to be as courteous as they possibly could on a daily basis, especially after 8 hours of work each day. I've had to stop by at the store for many issues during the past decade, including exchanging / returning devices, and the staff are always helpful. The store itself is neat, and for a long wait, they put your name on first-come-first-served list. I doubt a visit will take more than an hour, although it could certainly feel that way on some days. Still, it's one of the consistently excellent neighborhood branches.

  I had a great experience here. Dianna Lescano was super patient with me and I will be a T-Mobile customer for a few more years because of her patience and professionalism. Dianna I hope you soon get the recognition you deserve.
