  So a customer forgot their phone in my car, by the time I realized it was a little late, and the phone has died. I charged the phone, so I could try to contact the person to give them their phone. When the phone was a little charged, a notification on Too said the person had blocked the sim, so there was no way I could’ve contacted them, so I decided to take the phone to the carrier which they use, which was T MOBILE, I take the phone to a T MOBILE, close to my house. This guy name ALI was helping me and was a very very very rude person, made me realize why people hesitate to do good out there and it’s because of people like ALI with horrible attitude.

  T-Mobile in general is a Crook phone company and the government should control their operations. I have a iPhone that was payed already but they refused to refund may $50 deposit. On October 3, I approached the 86 street store to add another line on my account and the clerk wanted another $50 deposit to GUARANTEE the monthly payments. I refused and walk out. I’m a good Client for over 15 years and I think It’s time to leave t-MOBIL 😡
