  Went there on Monday to add a line they added the line but also added another line for a watch I didnt purchase a watch I just wanted another line added not two never going here again they clearly dont know what their doing on top of that they wanted me to do something else when they could've done it theirselves I'm the customer not the employee

  Scammed us, they know nothing about electronics and they lied. Nice but suspicious. Went to another T-Mobile and was wayyyy better. Don’t trust these scammers.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tried to keep my $135 just to keep from affecting their sales records! Long story short, was rushed through, got SIM cards for 5 lines ($25 each + tax) and told false information about iPhone BOGO deal (said we could pay down payment for one, get other free, were not told down payment for both would be required), tried to get refund for SIM cards and were told they couldn’t refund. Called Customer Service, they said the store CAN refund. SUE (manager at this store at the time) said she can’t, then went to the back, said another manager said they can’t unless I was quoted wrong, which I stated I was and she said no, sorry, we can’t do anything but you can dispute with your bank. Called another local store and was told that SIM cards are eligible to be refunded and they have heard many bad things about this store. Went to the other store and sure enough, the SIM cards were able to be refunded. I will be posting negative reviews for this store wherever I can and reporting them if possible. Wasted multiple hours and days trying to get this issue resolved.

  Probably the worst Tmobile store you can come to for anything you need regarding your cell or service! Reps are young, rude and immature. Even with horrible service store is somehow always packed and takes forever to get attended! I guess people come here for convinience only. Service sucks!
