  Seriously, I am extremely hard to please...EVER! My experience with Anthony was better than outstanding! The manager Chris was in total control off this store. There is a certain cohesiveness that you can actually feel when you go there to get service. I don't know what they get paid but they need a bleeping raise. Conversely, The manager and sales people at the McNight Road need to take a little trip to this location to see how it's done. I don't tolerate the type of insensibility and discrimination that goes on the the Ross Park Mall location. Take a field trip to Brownsville Road to see how a business should be conducted. T moble should take notice of the Brownsville Road people. These guys know their @&$? !!!So glad I switched from Verizon!

  The guys that work here are awesome! Every time I go in with silly questions I walk out with a full understanding of what I just signed up for. They are a nice group of people who will go above and beyond what their job entitles; and do it with a great attitude! T-Mobile as a company should be very thankful they have the employees they do at this store!

  Tia helped me decide on my new phone, quickly set it up and offered helpful answers to my many questions. My upgrade experience was easy and painless.

  Nothing been problems at this store. I live a half mile away and I will go to a different store just to avoid them. They'll basically call you a liar no matter what you say.

  I was upgrading my phones in the store for all three lines on my account. I've always been going to this store and the help i received from Angela Pelling was amazing. She helped me switch my plan to save money and help me set up all the smart phones i got for my family. I came back two weeks later with questions and another employee helped me and they showed the same kindness. With people like this i will always come back to this store. This shows that the people from this store care and will always help you.
