  The staff really enjoy what they do they have great chemistry with each other. Every time I walk in the store the engery is always great just like the customer service. Definitely one of my favorite T-Mobile stores glad it’s not to far from my house.

  The ppl here are a fraud they tell you it's a promotion for a buy one get one free phone yet they don't put it in the system! Now they trying to get me to pay full price for 2 phones and 2 mega boomboxes and a small ass tablet...bogus ass customer service. Thieves!!!

  very good customer service sometimes some of the customer failed to understand what some of the representative are even explaining but i have no problem

  When in to purchase a iPhone 7. I was given a tablet and boom speaker for free supposedly. I ask several times why I was being given a free speaker and tablet. She told me it was part of a promotion... I received a bill which charged me for data for the tablet I did not ask for not agree to pay data for. I was also charged a bill for the supposedly free speaker which was 12.50 a month. No one wanted to assist in resolving the issues and the store mananger is oblivious to what's going on. T mobile also failed to remedy the situation of fraud by their representatives.

  The employees in this thread Tmobile store is a scamp they run your account unknown to you and when you go there the forcing you to take their promotion and and tell you everything you're getting is free ...
