::i gave them two stars but have never visited a t mobile store that was worth more than 3 stars. with that being said, this is a typical t mobile store. understaffed, long lines, slow service and very pushy trying to sell you something every time you go in there just to pay a bill. it is best to get there when they first open in the morning and you can get in and get out within 5 minutes. because even if there are two people in front of you it is going to take 20 minutes for them to get to you. it is not entirely the fault of the people working there. they are basically under staffed and over worked and there are too many procedures they must go through to process and order. also they will make you wait there for 20 minutes while someone who ends up buying nothing asks a lot of questions. what really bugs me the most is how they are always pushing something extra on you. Trying to get you to buy a new phone. i used to have my phone monthly and my internet was prepaid. every time i went in they pressured me to get off the prepaid and have internet come with my monthly phone. so now i m stuck with this big bill at the same time when before i stagger it. also once you use up your data, they slow you down until your billing cycle runs it course and there is nothing you can do to get them to speed it up again until you due date comes. with prepaid, once you use your data, you can go into the store and just buy a new pass and you are not stuck with slow internet. one day this number kept ringing in my phone, when i finally answered it, it was some guy this store trying to convince me to upgrade my phone. i did not give them permission to call my number. so you decide how much of this is good or bad. i think it's bad but give them 2 stars.

::Called to see if they had an iphone 7 in stock they said they did, went there to pick up the phone and they magically dont have it, just to make sure i got in my car, parked right outside the front door, and called again they said they had it, when told of the situation, the guy i spoke to made it seem like it was my fault for the employee's misunderstanding. If your not familiar with the stock in your store, then you shouldnt be working there point blank. Wasted my entire lunch break would give 0 stars but google wouldnt let me be so savage.
