  This location is awesome! Me and my family recieved the most amazing service from Mike. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the latest phones, software, accessories and more. I definitely recommend this location to everyone.

  I have had many unpleasant experiences with T-Mobile. The last one takes the cake! We had 4 lines with them and recently decided to drop one of the lines. The bill was in my name and since my line was the one dropped we wanted to swap it over to my husbands name. They told us this was a simple process and were very helpful. After the swap I still got a bill and his bill was due at the same time. Mine $190.00 and his $170.00, I did not pay mine because I was not prepared for double payments. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I later called to make the payment. Then they told me I owed an additional charge of $104.00 for a total now of $294.00. Keep in mind my husband had already paid his first bill and now had another due for $170.00 That is a total of $634.00 for two months of cell phones. They refused to take any off and now they are sending me to collections. I refuse to pay based on principle. The service is not good. I never have reception. For over a year my daughter;s phone would not call mine and they could not fix the problem. I would NEVER recommend using them.
