  Terrible customer service all the workers are on their phones and once they finally help you all they is work around your questions and try to you sell their most expensive products

  I'm not too sure what other customers require from a cell phone store. They have phones, phones have prices, they sell phones. Bye. No but, I had a great time with Ralph and everyone. It took a bit longer but it was my fault I had a lot of questions. If you'd like the Apple Store experience where you're treated like a lost kindergartner then, by all means go there. If you want to be treated like a busy adult person. Come here.

  Beware if you need a warranty phone. Not only do they hate warranty replacements but they also have the worse customer service, from the leadership to the staff. This store is about the sales quota and less about caring for customers. Very unprofessional and rude to customers. I dont know how they stay employed!!!!

  What a joke DO NOT GO HERE! was told everything was going to be handled and found out nothing was true. I spent over 8 hours with T-Mobile trying to get everything fixed, finally I got a hold of a representative that did not hang up on me, all because of the kids that work at this location will never go to this store again. and I hope I can save you the trouble by warning you DO NOT GO HERE
