  I am discussed by this store. today my phone got damage, I googled the closest t-mobile store to my house, so I found this one. Great! Looked up what time they will be closing, it said 8 pm, then I am on my way to it, guess what? It's 6:24 and the store is closed! walked 10 blocks each way all happy that I was gonna get a new phone, but nah. Horrible!

  I visited this store yesterday, on 2/3/18. The employee who was helping me was named Candy, and I couldn't have asked for a more personable, patient, and helpful guide in purchasing a new phone after recently losing one! I felt reassured and looked after from the first step until the last, so thank you, Candy! You're a credit to the company.

  Every time I walk into this store the employees are staring at their phones or talking to someone on their phone and ignoring customers. The person who set up my plan messed up my account pin which resulted in me having to physically go back to the store and have it fixed. The plan I signed up for was relatively new and the employee had no idea what was included in the plan or how the deposit or fees and taxes worked. I’ve had to call customer support twice and go into the store to fix the issues the T-Mobile employee caused due to his own laziness. I walk up to the T-Mobile store on 172nd st and avoid this location.

  I was waiting for so long meanwhile this lady Zaida was chatting at her cell phone that's why I decided to leave I wanted to buy galaxy s7 edge.

  Visited this location 4/20/17 My retail representative name was Joel, extremely patient and helpful have a passion for his Job and great customer service. Joel is extremely knowledgeable of very thing that I need I was able to upgrade all my line using the jump program with out and issues even if an issue occurred he was able to help out.....I also acknowledged that when the store got crowed he took the time out by saying sorry and excuse me to help assist other making sure the customer where being help by other rep. I give Joel all the stars in the world hope to see you with lots of growth with in T-mobile company or what ever you decided to pursue in Life. Thank you for your help again I'm a very happy customer.
