  Had the most seamless and pain free phone store experience I have ever had at this T Mobile location on 82nd Street. Big, clean and spacious store where you can walk around and browse the products. Had to wait in line for about 10 minutes before a their representative Slims started to help me. She was extremely polite, patient and super helpful as I was picking a new phone to replace an existing one. Was very honest in her opinions about the products and not just pushing me to buy the most expensive thing. In fact, the staff guided me to the phone I eventually bought which was on a discount and way better than the phone I was planning to buy. Not only did they get me a better phone within my price range, they also looked up deals and offers I could avail of and hooked me up with a free screen protector! Slims even painstakingly put the screen protector on the phone. Once that was done, carefully explained the activation process to me and everything. I'm writing this review because I've had plenty of terrible experinces at phone stores with rude and incompetent employees but this one was such a refreshing change. All the employees were prompt with helping people and the whole operation just seems really well put together.

  It said that open at 11 am on Sunday, I’m here and it’s 11:20 am and still close, where is the commitment with their clients

  They straight up lie to you to sell products and their customer service is the worse!! The manager is no help at all!

  Don't buy phones from this store. They're service is so bad plus they always sell the used phones. I bought a phone and in two days I saw the phone screen is broken I went to the store but they said they can not do anything because only store manager can change or refund and I visited 5 times to meet their store manager but every employee gave me the wrong timing information still I went there but I never got chance to meet her.

  The snotty and discourteous behavior of the saleswoman drove me and my husband out of the T-mobile store on 82nd Street. It was disappointing and frustrating because I needed a new phone and went in planning to get one. Amazingly, her rudeness, dishonesty, and incompetence SAVED us $800! My husband was able to fix my phone! This saleswoman managed to lose a sale and a long time customer—it seems counter productive on the part of the T-mobile store manager to have a person who lacks basic customer service skills interacting with customers.
