  Real bad Customer service i tried to return a phone and they refused to take not even bothered to look into my account or even tried to help in any kind of way. Even the customer service Representative from tmobile said they would take my phone and clearly they didnt they need help with better customer service thank you.

  Seriously, worst service. I walked in, and all staffs looked at me like if I should not be there. When I addressed my problem with the phone I purchased from T-mobile, their company, the first thing the staff told me was "there is nothing I can help you with.", which was different from what customer service informed me. I decided to find other T-mobile store because of their ignorant attitude. Please do not visit here if you are trying to solve problems with your device. They won't give a f***. I managed to find the solution from other T-mobile store later, which made me question about their problem solving policy. I guess their manual says, "when the device we sold has a problem, say there is nothing we can help you with, first." Great strategy guys ^^ way to go.

  I've always had a positive experience when coming to this T-Mobile. The staff is young but the kids are very helpful and know what they're doing.

  Idiots who will just want to sell you stuff and have zero interest in solving your problem. I was having issues connecting to the cellular network, and instead of even bothering to troubleshoot or look into my settings, literally their only solution was to buy a new phone. That's it's. No customer service, just "You need to buy a new phone." LOL @ that. I left and figured out the solution without them. Clowns.

  Very happy & satisfied customer! Great customer service! I came from SD to get two friends phones on my plan. Went to 2 different stores before this one. The first store did not have the phones we wanted, second store tells us their system is down. Called this store and spoke to Rogelio, explained my situation and he and his team were happy to help us even though were arriving 2 minutes before closing time. Ivette was able to answer all our questions and we never once felt rushed to finish and leave. Thank you Rogelio & Ivette!
