  When you buying a phone or getting a plan, they don’t tell you all the details until your bill comes in the mail. All they think about is making the sale and when you go back to the store, they don’t want to accept their faults and you end up with a phone or whatever you bought that you don’t need. The assistant manager attitude is bad

  The staff manning the store are professional and courteous, but when they are busy, they are BUSY. I rate all T-mobile locations at three stars since T-mobile no longer has payment kiosks in their retail locations. On a recent visit to pay my bill, I waited in line for 30 minutes as the staff attended to customers who were buying new phones. It is inconsiderate on T-mobile's part to have their customers wait between 10-20 minutes simply to pay a bill! Additionally they are overloading the staff who are trying their best to be helpful. T-mobile should bring back the payment kiosks!

  They make up charges like an "Upgrade Surcharge" for $20.00 that they claim is from T-Mobile....but T-Mobile says no way. They deserve to go out of business!

  T Mobile's retail store has very professional personnel staffing it, they're very courteous and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They also know when you're in a hurry and get you in and out of the store as fast as you would like. Conversely, if you have questions or are merely researching a new phone, they are more than happy to answer all of your questions even if it takes a long time.
