  Tawhid was very helpful in setting me up with a new phone. He transferred all of the data and contacts from my old phone and was extremely helpful in answering my questions. He also got me into a new plan that end up saving me money every month and getting expanded data. A very pleasant experience overall.

  Had an issue with AT&T, needed them to help since I switched over but apparently it to much trouble for them to handle, Probably because I had purchased my S8 somewhere else. Sent somewhere else,thanks for nothing. Unprofessional conduct. Glad I don't have a contract with T-Mobile

  Tiny store with great customer service! People working there are super friendly and give you good advises to buy a phone corresponding to your needs. Avoid the T-Mobile store in Sunnyside (Queens Bd) and go to that one instead.

  Staff is very helpful and friendly. Went here to exchange my Samsung Note 7 and loaner phone with no problems. They tried to convince me to get an iPhone but there's no way I'd give up innovative technology for a phone that has tech dated years back.
