  el dia de ayer sep 15 2017 fui a esta tienda con el proposito de hacer una pregunta tecnica hice otra pregunta respecto a unos ariculares bests los cuales me compre. ahora el manager Peterson Martinez me ofrecio 5 telefonos galaxy. prime j3 totalmente gratis no tenia q pagar nada ni en la tienda ni en el plan RESULTA!!!! Q luego llamo a t mobile y tengo q pagar $150 por cada telefono y si los devuelvo hay un cargo de $50 x cada uno so mi consejo es no vayan a esta tienda y si van asegurecen bn de q no le den falsa informacion.

  I called the store and spoke to an associate and he was very helpful with my situation. He answered all my questions and laid out all the options for me so it can be easier on my end. So far there customer service was great.

  UPDATE: I went back to speak with the manager. He was shocked that things didnt work out and fixed it. Still a very fruatrating store, but things did get resolved. From 1 star to 3. (August 23, 2017) I was led to believe I would get 3 new FREE phones. The mamager told me my bill will not go up, but yet it went up over $25 a month! They are toss phones at that and yet I am now stuck paying for 3 phones I don't need. The employees make fun and talk down customers, the music was too loud where even the staff couldnt hear and they hustle you. I miss my T mobile store that was on Bruckner. They treated you right and with dignity. This store will rob you blind. I was ill and just went to pick up my replacement phone which took longer than needed since their computers couldn't take credit card. They saw me in my state and sadly I wasnt ontop of my game and I got screwed. I feel if I go back to talk to the mamager like he said he will just hustle me again!

  Don't go here. They try to sell you phones claiming its free and changing your plan without your knowledge claiming its a "promotion". If you call their main customer service they will tell you there's no such thing. They give you a run around and try to dissuade you from calling the customer service to resolve your issue. Very dishonest. Any problems you have just call customer service at 611. They will help you. I'm still a t mobile customer because of their excellent customer service but I will never come back to this store.
