  The staff was very helpful and friendly. Millian the Manager handled things very smoothly.

  It was 9:30am on Sat when we visited, we were the only customers there. The two guys were very helpful and answered any questions we had however I only put 4 stars because they didn't push us through the finish line of moving an att number to TMobile all the way. If we didn't sit there ourselves to make sure a phone call worked, we would have had to come back!

  Understaffed , not entirely their fault people chat the staff's ear off. However if there is a line forming don't establish an hour long conversation.

  Understaffed. Waits are interminable. Many of them don't know the products, phones or plans. Get different answers to same question from different people. Not the store to go to. Try Mission Valley mall. Better, smarter, faster.
