  Every time I till the guy that I have a problem with the phone he keep telling me is very minor even with slow internet , and he does not want to troubleshoot my phone .

  Amazing staff who actually help you ijn a timely manner. The manager is also there of u should need him and provides good customer service.

  i can say tha place is ok tha staff will help u but they are not friendly at all they seem like they hate LIFE , last time i was in there they had some Illuminati tmobile poster on tha wall that pissed me off but paying ur cell phone bill in person is bogus , and they rate plans such 2 be honest (i'am glad i switched) .

  Incredible Staff!! Make sure you ask for Ebonee or Rami - they will not only help you with all your cell needs but are absolutely hysterical people!! Not every T-Mobile is as friendly or knowledgeable as they are so it was great to actually have some terrific service & laughs!! Thanks guys - oh and PS - corporate really needs to send over some pink chairs for customers!! I was in there 2 days for 5 hours each time and would have loved a seat!! :)

  I came in here to get new phones and switch from sprint. I was attended by Justin which by the way was extremely professional and helpful. He answer all my questions and also gave me advise on different products T-mobile has. He made the entire switching to T-mobile experience worth the time. The store itself is very clean and well maintained. It is also well stocked with anything you need and in the event that they do not have an item they will run to another store and get it within an hour or so incase you have to go back to work. They are flexible and very helpful.
