  Solo saben vender telefono, no saben resolver un problema basico (te dicen NO antes de saber el problema). Mi chip tenia problema me mandaron a llamar por que ellos no pueden, mas bien no saben, corriendo sali a otro T-Mobile que esta en KingsBridgeRD y en 5minutos me resolvieron... Gran Decepción.

  Locks there door before 5 when they say open until 6 and their employees just ignore you when you ask if they are open or closed. "Great" service. -_-

  These guys come off as fun and helpful but try to scam you. All i needed was three new phone upgrades and they ended up adding three new lines and charged me $100+ in fees. I had to get on the phone with T-Mobile for hours to fix it. They took a simple transaction and made it into a nightmare.

  Hands down the best cellphone store ever. The staff is wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable on products and services!
