::Let me start of by saying that this place sucks badly. The staff here are nothing but bunch of scammers!! Me and my husband had to come here 100 times because they were making us pay 100$ extra on the bill. And yet they still couldn't give a proper explanation to why that happened. Constantly dragging us back and forth to talk to them. If you are looking to buy a phone please save your time and money and don't open an account with them!! They are unprofessional. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will be closing my account with them and reporting them for scamming their customers!!

::Just received my first bill and i'm super happy how much money I saved by switching over. Came here during the buy one get one free Samsung promotions. And they also payed for my termination fee for 2 other lines. What an amazing deal. Also got the deal for 4 for $160 which is amazing. Me and my siblings use to pay over $300 with sprint without any phones And sprint has horrible service ! I was extremely worried about the service with tmobile at first but they assured me that everything would be fine they even showed me areas they covered ! They also told me about KICKBACK $10 back for each line that didn't use over 2GB which is amazing. Thank you Jackson & Simon for the wonderful service he left me worry free and happy. They both transferred my numbers from sprint and transferred everything from 4 old phones to 4 new phones. I was in out of there a little less than an hour. Helped me saved money and amazing customer service. Overall I had an amazing experience. Thank you

::I ended up paying extra 90$ dollars more for two months (total 180$)because of poor explanation from their sales associate. According to T-mobile --- "eligible customers who are enrolled in KickBack™ can receive up to $10 back per line when they use 2 GB of data ." --They told me i have to enable the "kickback system" online in order to receive the $10 back for each line. I have 8 lines in total. However, they didn't explain to me it must be done by the Primary holder Account. I got pissed real bad .Finally, one of the senior sale associate use their computer put my number as primary account holder so i could have access to enable all 8 lines....if they could explain this in the beginning i wouldn't have to pay the extra $$$....JUST run away from this store.....

::Guys here are great whole lot better than the store located at 21st avenue next to the children's place. The guys are willing to take an extra steps to help customers thumbs up.
