  So just read an article on sim swapping by tmobile store associates to steal instagram account, very very disturbing. lately alot of things are associated with phone number from bank accounts to bitcoins etc. Better training is required please John make sure our information is safe!!! This particular store has one of the worst customer service, i have been with tmobile for 10 years I rather deal with customer service on phone than to go to this brick store.

  An associate there named Farlin mobile expert don't know what she was doing had to come back two times being lied too for galaxy s9 plus tempered curved glass she charged me for galaxy s9 like you can't read you just pick up any product there also kept sucking her teeth like a little kid and also lied to my family about the services she gave me had to call customer service fix the problem also was asking everyone for help the system in there is crazy had too wait two hours just to be finished being taken care of never coming here again rather go to a different location only chose this location because it was nearby me first and last time for me.

  Good location. Not very large, but the staff usually helpful.

  People were super friendly and helpful. Almost never too busy so you can see someone right away. The manager is very knowledgeable
