  I had an amazing experience with the team here at this location. I finally left AT&T and my parents left Sprint and we decided to join the T-Mobile army. The process took some time ( because of sprint and at&t dragging their feet) but Clarence, Eric & Alex were amazing! The clarification and professionalism was outstanding. They made the whole experience painless and fun because of how sweet they all were. I am sending all my family and friends to you guys! Y'all are dope!

  I had a great experience at this store, not to my surprise with supervisor Eric managing the store. Eric has always been super sharp, fast and efficient. He's somehow able to handle quite a large multitude of tasks all at the same time and without effecting the progress of each one. When issues seem unresolvable to every other tmobile agent, Eric always seems to save the day. This past week I went in to the store to see Eric with an issue on my iphone that no one else from Tmobile or from Apple support could seem to resolve.. I went back and forth over the phone with Apple support for about a month and it seemed impossible. Eric wasn't scheduled to come in until later that day so he referred me to Kiandra S, the young scientist . She had my issue resolved in under 20 minutes! I love these guys. Very sharp and great at what they do plus excellent customer service! I live on madison in the lower 60's and the trek out there was well worth it!
