::I had a very good experience with this particular Branch. From the minute I walked in the manager asked me what I was there for and he told me the product was in stock. I then waited in about 5 minutes till the gentleman by the name ofNivan took care of me and he went outside in the rain and hooked up my sync and drive. That was a really really good experience and I look forward to dealing with these guys again. I saw some of the negative reviews that were but perhaps they've had a change in personnel.

::Wanted to do something simple such as paying my phone briskly before I had visited anywhere else in the mall. I waited on a line for a representative and although at one point, all associates were done with their customers I was still waiting on a line for a single young man to finish with his client. The only rep with a client in the building as of current. When I’m finally noticed 5-10 minutes later by another associate, he walks up to me and asks if I’m being helped. I state that I just wanted to quickly pay my bill and we were off. When I arrived to the computer, I tell him my issue and he tells me the information he has in front of him. I tell him the amount I was shown at home that I owed and he tells me that now it’s 100 dollars more. I ask why and how is this, he tells me he has no idea. I ask again, is there anything he could possibly do to explain what’s going on within my account and he quickly tells me that he has no way to see the account information and that it was up to me to call customer service to figure it out. I’ve gone through a similar situation once before at another T-Mobile in the Throggsneck mall location and the young woman there had called customer service for me to break down all the information and explain to me what was going on. Going into this T-Mobile and being told by an associate that there was nothing he could do and I had to figure it out with the company myself was quite he disappointment and felt more lazy than anything else.

::How do you keep a client for 8+ years? You hire and promote as many associates as you can that have the same care & concern as Monique at the Bartow Avenue location (Bronx, NY). I came in to replace a defective LG device only to find (while in store) that the "new" LG device, that had just arrived, had the exact same issue. Actually, Monique discovered the model defect and took lots of initiative on my behalf to remedy this very akward situation. She called T-Mobile Customer Support who got in touch with the manufacturer (LG) to ensure that I get the best possible outcome. LG admitted that the model was defective and advised that I mail the phone to them so they could "try" to fix it. That was completely unacceptable to Monique and the T-Mobile support person. In the end, I was given a nice rebate to apply to a new device. I'm glad that I did not have to resolve the situation on my own. Actually, T-Mobile handled it all and I greatly appreciate Monique for coordinating a more that fair outcome. I rarely see this level of good customer service anywhere and although T-Mobile has always been great, Monique went above and beyond. That is how you create a lifetime customer. Thanks,
