  I had a horrible experienced with TMobile over at Power Rd and Ray Michael the manager of that location set my mother up with her new plan esp being with TMobile for so long. He mislead her with her billing cycle and such to start a new olan which overlapped her bill which wasn't not necessary. Could have been set up to auto activate at the end of her billing cycle. Going through a higher bill than agreed. Ping ponging with calls to customer support line and other TMobile stores with little success. I was finally offered great service and help with "Tommy" over at customer support. Due to the situation I would have to once again still go-to a local TMobile branch to finish up. I came to this location because I was off work and it was convenient. Greeted by " Darrel " here he was friendly and assisted. As soon as I briefly explained the situation he was able to assess and understand quickly. He got us fixed up and billed proper addressed all the issues and how it occurred and why. Within no more than 10 mins. Thinking back this took me weeks to situate between phone support and other TMobile branches. Just like that Darrel did within and less than 10 min!!! I appreciate his knowledge and time for just being able to process this quickly and seeing what was the real issues. It was a hassle not TMobiles fault but one individual. Though not much was able to be done else where but Darrel's a good guy knows his stuff. If you need service and continue or want TMobile I don't waste too much time talking about other negatively but Darrel's the guy you want to help you. Thanks Darrel if you see this... -Henry

  Desiree was a professional and provided excellent service. She was knowledgeable and made it easy for me to switch to T-Mobile. She also helped us get 2 new Galaxy S8+. The process was easy and we were able to get what we needed done.
