  I was lied and cheated. I was forced to pay a higher rate, and when I declined that I wont pay- Chris tild me that I have to pay as it was in terms and conditions. You cant put illegal clauses and make the legit just coz you got them signed in hidden text. Anyway T Mobil intervened in time and sorted this to my satisfaction.

  tl:dr - Employees are extremely nice and doesn't give you a hassle. They will try their best to make you happy, even if you are upset. They will also make sure you understand everything with your purchase and/or issue. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile and not the one by 179th street on Hillside Avenue. T-Mobile customer for 10+ years. The employees here were extremely nice. I had a very bad experience by the T-Mobile store located on 179th street (if you want to read the review google t-mobile179th street), on several occasions. I basically wanted to get the iPhone 6S plus with JUMP on demand (If you didn't know T-Mobile is ending that program very soon as I am writing this review, so I would recommend to get it soon as possible). I called T-Mobile and told me that the program is still on and if I want it I should get it very soon, they even went ahead and put a notice on my account saying that I am eligible. 179th street T-Mobile denied that service for me. I eventually got angry and grew tired of that store and immediately came here. They didn't have the 6S Plus but they had the 6Plus, however, they were so nice I decided to get the phone anyway (since the iPhone 7 is coming out soon). The employee got me up and running within 5 minutes of my time there WITH JUMP on demand! She explained everything about how JUMP on demand works and they understood how angry I was with the other store and apologized for my bad experience there. This store is a 5 minute drive from my house while the 179th street one is down my block. I will definitely drive to this store rather than go down my block.
