What do you want ? Thats how they asked me what I was there for. I just needed the receipt from an iphone i hve gotten there and the customer service over the phone told me to get to the store and they could provided to me. So JOSHUA was yelling at me that idk why they said that over the phone if tmobile cant print out receipt old than certain time, so i told him that i need a prove that i got the iphone in there and he continue yelling, even losing his breath telling me that he wasnt upset at me but to the costume service, but I was the victim of his incompetence and bad mood. I understand you work for commissions but if you are there doing nothing, might as well help a costumer. At some point of my life i will need another phone and i will never go to this store again.

They don't deserve even one start. The customer service is awful. They are intreseted just in sales, nothing else. The staff is very unprofessional. They don't know how to take care of customers. My phone got broken and I went there to get one with the insurance coverage. They gave me a new phone however, I have to pay the full amount. Almost US$1000. They upgraded my phone without telling me they were doing it and that I have to pay for it.They didn't tell me I had to call the company to get a new phone by mail and pay probably US $200 or less. Their main goal is selling not help the customer in the best way. I added a new line to my plan and they didn't tell me there was an offer for me to get a free phone. Every time I go there with simple questions about my plan they immediately tell me I have to call customer service. Another issue is the door. They count every single person visiting the store. No one can stay by the door or on the rug at the entrance. If a person goes out cannot go in again. Look for another store if you are looking for good service and staff. Do not visit this store at all.

The associate misled me into purchasing speakers and earbuds ($450) and made it seem like they were at discounted price or free. I thought that I was only paying for the purchase of an iPhone. It turns out that I paid full price for all three items and I was put on an installment plan for all three items. After I saw that on the t-mobile app I came back to the store and returned everything but the phone the next day. I was only interested on the Phone purchase and nothing else. I only took the other items because the associate kept on saying that I’m getting a deal on it. The excerpt below from an article about some T-mobile stores describes my experience: Another frequent point of abuse is accessories. When customers come in, reps in some stores are encouraged to sell them tablets, phone cases or speakers that are advertised as “free,” but paid for in the form of monthly bill payments or extra data lines. The reps in these cases don’t mention the monthly fees to customers in the store, and when they get the first bill with an extra charge, it’s past the 15-day return window for the product.

I have come to this locations twice and both times i got the wrong information from the employees. They need to re-evaluate the hiring process or teach them better customer service skills, The employees are more focused on sales then customer service.

Well, where do I start, came here couple of times. First they opened a line for me without knowing that it's not compatible with my device, had to cancel a line return the device and lost a promotional free line on top of that. So false advertising..... Next I come to exchange a defective phone that I got from them and they are telling me about restocking fee for 50$, once i mention factory warranty, the guy says that I have to call T Mobile and that they don't do it at the store AND it's only going to be 5$ instead of 50$. So if i didn't know about factory warranty, they would charged me 50$. If you have a choice, go to a different T Mobile location, you will be better off.
