  I was helped by several young and knowledgeable staff at this store on several occasions who really did an awesome job and represented the t-mobile brand well articulating vale and features without any high pressure sales. After having been with AT&T for so many years (since and because of iPhone) I am now happy to return to T-mobile’s value and service approach (while still an iPhone now X fan). Hasta la vista AT&T.

  Very unprofessional staff. Was working to resolve my phone situation with employee named Jiovanni H, who provided inaccurate information, which leaved me 3 days with no phone, extra fees on the top of my wasted time. The female manager a day later attempted to resolve the situation and promised a refund which I never received. Customer of T-Mobile for ten years… shocking how incompetent some of the employees in this location are.
