  Nothing against anyone here, I just don't like the layout of the store. The phone I was looking for was in a kiosk behind one of the registers and didn't feel comfortable testing it out while there was an employee just inches from me helping another customer. I heard from behind me "we'll be with you in a minute" or something like that, I honestly had no idea who said it and didn't bother to find out, I left before anyone came to assist me. Staff was fine, no problems there, just too cramped for my liking.

  Brianna and Jace are the best!! They always have great customer service. Even with irate customers! You should always go to this T-Mobile. You won't regret it!!

  Went to get a replacement of damaged sim card and was told that I was supposed to pay $20 fee. I have been paying $140 a month for 8 years now and never been satisfied with the network quality and now I am really unsatisfied with the customer service provided to me at this location. Please never use the Tmobile store at the location.

  I've been with T-Mobile over 9 years now, asked to add a couple lines to my account. Mentioned another location would waive fees, guy responded well since you've been a customer for only a week he finds it unlikely. I told him I'm almost a ten year customer and says his manager may be able to help. Manager responded he couldn't do it and no other store could. Looked at me like I was crazy or lying. Parmatown store not only waived 1 fee but 2. Rather go to Parmatown location, worth the extra 10 min drive.
