  I think I will be choosing a new store to get phones from after dealing with Alisha this weekend, Usually very good customer service there but she was just rude and unprofessional. No people skills.

  Helpful customer service at this location, but do yourself a favor: if there's a line, give up and come back. Some setup operations and phone sales can take 20 minutes or more per customer.

  I wanted to give a huge shout out to the staff at the Girard location, Samone and Demetrius. I have not experienced such excellent customer service in a while. Not only were they extremely helpful in getting us the "free iPhone" deal, Demetrius actually stayed with us 30 min after store closing on a Sunday (!!) in order to process the offer for us. All that while being very polite, helpful and without any frustration. Thanks again Guys, will definitely be coming back to this location!!!

  The staff is very helpful here. Free parking in the acme lot. Liquor store just a few feet away !
